You know AI matters but aren't sure where to start
You've seen the headlines and the demos. You know something is shifting. But you don't have time to become an AI expert — you need someone who already is.
AI Strategy & Engineering
Most AI conversations start with hype and end with a slide deck. I start with your actual business, find the highest-leverage opportunities, and build the systems that capture them.
Whether you're exploring AI for the first time or ready to build, the first step is the same: a real conversation about what matters in your business.
Who This Is For
You've seen the headlines and the demos. You know something is shifting. But you don't have time to become an AI expert — you need someone who already is.
Follow-up, reporting, data entry, coordination — the work that eats hours every week but never makes the priority list because it feels like "just how things are."
You've decided to invest in AI but don't want to hire a full team or trust a vendor pitch. You want an engineer who understands business, not a salesperson who understands demos.
The advantage right now belongs to whoever moves first. Six months from now, the early movers will have the systems, the data, and the positioning locked in.
How I Work
Every engagement starts with understanding what actually matters in your business. No generic playbook. No premature solution. Just a clear path from opportunity to outcome.
A focused conversation about your business, your workflows, and where time and money are being lost. I map the landscape before recommending anything.
Not everything that can be automated should be. I identify the highest-leverage opportunities and build a clear case for what to do first, second, and not at all.
Strategy without implementation is a slide deck. I build the systems — automations, AI workflows, custom tools — and make sure they actually work in your environment.
About
I'm Tim Gregg. I work as an AI engineer at Trilogy, where I ship production AI systems — RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, evaluation frameworks, the infrastructure that makes AI actually work at scale. I'm also completing a graduate AI certificate at Stanford.
Before engineering, I spent a decade in B2B sales and operations — closing $11MM+ in revenue, running 3,000+ meetings, building a Google Ads agency, and launching a React Native startup with 14 partners. That combination is why I can sit in a room with a CEO and an engineering team and translate between both.
